Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
We place the highest priority on the health and safety of our clients and staff. With this in mind, we wanted to bring to your attention some internal adjustments we have made in order to play our part as responsible corporate citizens in our local area so far as the coronavirus is concerned.
Please be advised that the practice is still operating full time. However, it has been necessary to cancel some face to face meetings. This does not mean that there has to be any disruption to your matter.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Government, we ask all clients in self isolation due to recent travel or who are experiencing flu-like symptoms who have plans to meet with us, to please phone us to reschedule their appointments or to make these appointments into telephone conferences if that can be managed.
If you would prefer not to attend our office and meet with us at this time, we would be happy to correspond and conduct meetings with you via email, phone or video conference. If you would like to take us up on this offer, please let us know at the time of making your appointment.
As far as our own precautions are concerned, we advise that we have increased the hygiene practices within our office. Specifically, we now have a hand sanitizer available at reception and a sink is available to you for hand washing. Surfaces within the office are being cleaned several times daily.
The situation generally with Coronavirus is fluid and if there are further updates to our practices stated above, we will update them on this page.
