Flexible Fees and Pricing

We have pride in our ability to offer a range of fixed rates for a variety of legal services including Conveyancing Sales & Purchases, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Directives, Divorce Applications, Leases & Guarantor Advice.

Some matters are more complicated, and we will let you know before proceeding if your costs would be higher so that you can make an informed decision. Some services can only be priced on a per case basis so if your legal requirements fall into one of those, be sure to contact us. We can discuss the matter with you and ensure you are fully aware of the costs before proceeding.

This gives you the peace of mind of knowing how much your legal costs are up front, so you don’t get a bill which was higher than you expected.

To discuss our fixed fee services, we welcome you to contact our office on 07 4927 9477 so that we can understand your needs and circumstances and provide you with a quote.

 Initial Consultation

We understand that the costs associated with legal matters can be a concern. Therefore, we think it is important to be upfront and open in our communications regarding costs.

If you simply want some advice about your situation or guidance on what to do next an Initial Appointment with one of our lawyers may be all you need. At our first meeting we will listen to your concerns and attempt to help you understand your legal position and give you options for moving forward.

Even if you do not wish to take any immediate action, you will gain a better understanding of how the law applies to you and the different pathways you can take to resolve your matter. Having all those initial questions answered will enable you to make an informed decision as to where you stand, what your options are and how to proceed, and whether or not to engage us formally as your lawyer.

We charge a fixed hourly rate for your initial consultation of  $350 inc GST. So if you only spend half an hour with us, that’s just $175. Initial consultation fees are payable on the day of your consultation by EFTPOS or cash.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow adequate time to complete the necessary paperwork in order for us to manage your matter effectively.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly contact our office on 07 4927 9477 or by forwarding an email to [email protected], please provide as much notice as possible.

Please note that we will need some basic details from you including your full name, date of birth and name of any other parties. This is to ensure that we can undertake a conflict check to make sure that we have not already spoken to any other party involved in your matter.

We welcome you to contact our office on 07 4927 9477 to arrange consultation with one of our Lawyers.
